I know what you're thinking....another linky?!?!
But I can't help it! They're all so good!
This one is particularly fun.
I saw this on Pinterest a while ago and literally LOL'd at my computer screen.
Just something about that Jeff Foxworthy.
It also had me nodding in agreement at practically every statement.
So, naturally, I loved the idea of this linky and the opportunity to read other's witty (and relatable) thoughts.
You might be a teacher if...
...the Dollar Spot at Target is your best friend.
...you swoon over label makers.
..."it's the most wonderful time of the year" automatically starts playing in your mind as fresh school supplies start appearing in stores.
...you're Type A and totally okay with that.
...you have a fear of throwing away anything because it could possibly be used for something (yes, even that toilet paper roll could be a huge asset in the classroom).
...you know everyone in town's dirty laundry - not because you want to, but because of Morning Meeting.
...you only go to the grocery store a) in-cognito or b) prepared to run into every student from your school.
...you write your name on everything.
...when you go out with friends, you can't help referencing all the funny things "your kids" did during the day.
...you live by the theory: "one can never have too many baskets/bins/tubs"
...you have "the look" and "the voice" mastered.
...you get excited about downloading new fun fonts.
...you make your husband stop at a sketchy high way gas station in the pouring rain because they have milk crates sitting outside, proceed to walk in (wedges and all), ask if you can have said milk crates, and cram them into your, already packed with teacher goodies, trunk to create your newest Pinterest project.
(Yes, this may or may not have happened this past weekend. Remember this post and that super cute bench I wanted to create. Oh yea, it's happening. Stay tuned)
